PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

​As Iğdır University Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs, our Department, which has been working since the establishment of our University, continues its activities as Budget, Purchasing (Tender-Direct Procurement), Salary (Civil Servant, Worker), Personnel Personnel, Allowances and Prepayments, Movable Registration and Control Operations, Civil Defence Services operations. The main task of the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs is to ensure that the existing resources such as human and material resources are used in the most appropriate and efficient way in order to fulfil the services and activities in an economical and effective manner.
